The Center for Marine Sciences at Basra University organized a visit to Dar Al -Zuhur for Orphans Care in Basra in implementation of the Convention on the Rights of the Children issued by the United Nations (1990) and to enhance children's rights to education, health and growth in a clean environment.
The visit included the distribution of in -kind assistance and psychological support to draw a smile on the faces of orphans.
