The Center for Marine Sciences at Basra University organized an educational seminar on how to meet the needs of people with disabilities and ways to deal with them in support of sustainable development plans to reintegrate them into societies and achieve equality for them with the various segments of the human race.
The symposium dealt with ways to provide Iraqi universities for services provided for their blind students, deaf, dumb, and care for their talents and creativity in extra -curricular activities, and how to provide psychological support to them.
