The College of Science at the University of Basra organized a seminar titled "Electrospinning Technique and Its Application," presented by graduate student Hussein Ahmed Hussein. The seminar included a study of electrospinning technology to prepare nanofibers from polymeric materials. The seminar aimed to review the possibilities of integrating these fibers with nanomaterials such as zinc oxide, titanium dioxide, and conductive polymeric materials, and their use in various applications such as biosensors, optical sensors, and solar cells, with a focus on their effective role in improving the performance of electronic and dye-based devices.
