The President of Basrah University; Prof. Dr. Saad Shaheen Hammadi and the Dean of the College of Medicine; Prof. Dr. Khalil Ismail Al-Hamdi, honored Dr. Anwar Qais Saadoun for his efforts in writing a book on pediatrics as a part of the university and the college support for doctors and encouraging them to write medical books that contributed in the improvement and development of the academic curriculum.
