Department of Soil Sciences and Water Resources at the College of Agriculture at the University of Basra, in the presence of the esteemed Dean, Professor Dr. Sarmed Ghazi Mohammed Al-Shawi, and the department's head and faculty, organized a farewell ceremony to mark the retirement of Professor Dr. Ali Hamdi Diab.
Dean, department heads, and faculty members offered words of appreciation and praise for his efforts throughout his tenure in the department. Gifts and letters of thanks were also presented.
At the end of the ceremony, those present wished Professor Dr. Ali Hamdi Diab a happy and healthy life.
