Dr. Ahmed Jasib Al -Shammari, the teaching at the Basra University Sciences Center, obtained a certificate of appreciation from the Minister of Water Resources, in appreciation of his participation, vision and contribution to discussions and the success of the Fifth International International Conference and the eleventh accurate irrigation conference of the International Committee for Irrigation and Pmels, wishing it continuous participation in the future endeavors of water issues.
