The Secretary General of the Central Library, Dr. Iman Shamkhi Jaber, participated in the ceremony of raising the Husseini flag, which was held in the Central Library square, marking the beginning of the month of Muharram, in an atmosphere filled with sadness and loyalty, amidst an official and academic presence represented by Dr. Muhannad Jawad Al-Asadi, President of the University of Basra, his scientific and administrative assistants, a number of deans and directors of centers, a group of scientific and administrative cadres, and the advisor to the Secretary General of the Holy Shrine of Imam Hussein, Hajj Fadel Oz, and his accompanying delegation.
