The College of Dentistry at the University of Basra has begun the competitive examination for students applying for postgraduate studies for the current academic year 2025-2026.
Applicants for postgraduate studies at the College of Dentistry took the competitive examination for the Master's degree (Master's in Oral Microbiology). (18) students competed for Master's degrees in the Medical Microbiology Department.
Assistant Professor Dr. Ali Taha Yassin, Assistant Dean for Academic Affairs, indicated that the college provided all the necessary requirements for the success of the competitive examination and created appropriate conditions for students during the examination period. The examination proceeded smoothly, in accordance with ministerial instructions and the required academic level.
Assistant Professor Dr. Raghad Muhammad Jassim, Head of the Medical Microbiology Department, explained that the student attendance rate was 100%. We wish success to all students at the University of Basra.
