The College of Education for Humanities at the University of Basra held its 21st open session of the College Council, attended by the Dean of the College, Dr. Wissam Lafta Al-Maliki, the Dean's assistants, and the heads of academic departments. The session was held in a transparent atmosphere characterized by a spirit of constructive dialogue.
The Dean of the College conveyed the University President's speech, emphasizing the importance of improving the quality of academic programs, especially in graduate studies.
The Council discussed the mechanism for distributing supervision of graduate students for the next year, in accordance with the regulations of the Ministry of Higher Education, ensuring fairness and equal opportunities.
The session affirmed the College's commitment to strengthening university governance and activating partnerships in academic decision-making
