The College of Science has completed the construction of the new halls complex, where the dean of the College of Science, Dr. Ali Abdul-Imam Abdul-Zahra, and the administrative assistant, Dr. Raed Shaaban, directly supervised the construction works. The dean stated, "As part of the infrastructure development plan of the College of Science, it is to complete the construction of the halls complex and solve the obstacles that led to the suspension of its work previously in order to provide new halls and laboratories in accordance with the preparation of students and the needs of the college development, and there is a permanent follow-up of the work site and construction in order to ensure the efficiency of the construction plan in the required form."
