Under the slogan "Hussein Unites Us"
Under the patronage of the esteemed President of the University of Basra, Professor Dr. Muhannad Jawad Al-Asadi, the University of Basra hosted students and faculty members from one of the universities of the Islamic Republic of Iran (Imam Reza University, peace be upon him). They were accommodated in the dormitory complexes and provided with all necessary services and amenities to perform the Arbaeen pilgrimage.
