The dissertation, presented by student Duaa Shamel Ibrahim, aimed to demonstrate the effectiveness of an educational program based on reception theory in developing reading comprehension and expressive performance skills in reading topics and texts for second-grade intermediate female students.
The dissertation included results showing that students in the experimental group, who studied reading topics and texts according to an educational program based on reception theory, outperformed students in the control group, who studied the same topics using the traditional method
