Based on the message of the World Education Day and commitment to its professional and ethical values, we affirm the advancement of developing and supporting educational institutions, independence of their scientific and academic decisions, and continuous communication with world universities and international organizations, to coordinate and exchange experiences according to the variables of the global circumstance.
On this occasion that approved by the United Nations, which corresponds to the 24th. of January, we call for the amendment of legislation according to the pace of scientific research progress and knowledge development and to secure the goals of development and community service.
