The thesis, presented by researcher Nour Abdul-Muhammad Muhammad Hassan, aimed to use the plant powder in fish feed to reduce costs.
The thesis concluded that adding the powder at rates of 25 and 50% had positive effects on growth parameters.
The thesis recommended adding dried Panicum mombasa leaf powder to the diets of other fish species to reduce the cost of feeding fish.
