Based on the directives of the General Secretariat of the Council of Ministers, and based on the letters of the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research, the Research and Development Department - Postgraduate Studies Division has directed all universities to adopt the electronic form for drug and psychotropic substance abuse testing. We therefore urge students of the College of Agriculture at the University of Basra who have been accepted for the 2025-2026 academic year to complete the form via the following link:

The electronic form will be available starting Thursday, September 12, 2025. The announcement of the form will serve as an official notification to the students concerned. The form is an essential part of the application requirements for postgraduate studies.
