The Center for Continuing Education at the University of Basrah organized a lecture entitled “Introduction to Learning and Education” as part of the first unit of the fifth Teaching Methods Course, which forms a component of the updated curriculum for the southern region in the administrative specialization.
The lecture, delivered by Dr. Manaf Abdul-Kadhim Al-Qattan, aimed to equip participants with fundamental skills in learning and teaching. It addressed key concepts of learning and education, their types and distinctions, factors influencing their effectiveness, and elements that stimulate motivation.
The session also emphasized the importance of integrating modern technologies into learning and teaching practices.
