The director of Avicenna E-Learning Center at the University of Basra, Dr. Uday Bashir Issa, participated in the virtual scientific lecture on the platforms and portals of the Iraqi universities' electronic sites for the lecturer Dr. Amer Al-Amir, coordinator of the ministerial team for e-learning.
The lecture held by the Multimedia and E-Learning Center at the University of Technology deals with how to develop websites for Iraqi universities.
The lecture aims to introduce the most important criteria required to create an interactive website or bilingual portals that cover the main needs in all scientific, educational, research, information and media fields. And to be governed by a sober operating system to manage site data to reach the global.
The lecture also clarified the basic components that must be available in the Iraqi universities' websites to be an important turning point in raising the level of our universities and keeping pace with ministerial endeavors to shift towards digital universities at the level of ambition.
