A field inspection tour by the Administrative Assistant of the Internal Affairs Department.
The Assistant President of the University of Basra for Administrative Affairs, Dr. Ayman Saleh Nema, visited the Internal Affairs Department to review the progress of work and monitor the services provided to students residing in the departments. During the tour, students' records, registration mechanisms, admission and housing procedures were reviewed. The level of services provided within the departments was also monitored, including cleanliness, maintenance, and the provision of necessary supplies.
The performance of the department's employees and workers was also monitored, and their commitment to their assigned duties was monitored. A number of students were also met and their opinions and suggestions regarding improving services and housing conditions were heard. The importance of adhering to administrative instructions, treating students well, and overcoming any difficulties they may face was emphasized.
At the conclusion of the tour, the efforts made by the staff working to serve students were commended, with a recommendation to address the noted observations and work to improve the internal departments through continuous field monitoring.
