Dr. Wisal Fakhri Hassan, a lecturer at the College of Marine Sciences at the University of Basra, participated in the first conference entitled "Water Resources... A Renewed Crisis and an Unknown Future," held in cooperation with the Mazra'a Organization for Agricultural Development and Environment.
During the conference, the lecturer delivered a lecture entitled "Ways of Coexistence with Water Scarcity," which addressed the most prominent challenges facing society due to water scarcity and ways to address them by reviewing successful international experiences, leading to practical recommendations that contribute to enhancing water and environmental security in the governorate.
