We affirm our procedures related to the university education environment and its responsibility through comprehensive digital transformation, as well as its renewed academic and administrative responsibilities. The Ministry of Higher Education for Scientific and Technological Sciences (MOHES) is committed to ensuring the legality of its approved formats, particularly the fees for the higher education platform, which are included within the full package of academic services at institutions, and the applicable instructions and decisions.
This means that the Ministry aims to be precise and cautious about some common concepts and interpretations on social media platforms, as well as free education and the need for clear training among secondary and educational service personnel, in accordance with the provisions of Law (25) Final of 2016 and Law (22) Final of 2024.
Based on its legally mandated powers and its responsibility to manage the scientific university smart education sector in Iraq, the Ministry of Higher Education continues its scientific developmental trends in the digital and printed fields by adopting more than (120) advanced systems to consolidate communication and integration between students, professors, and administration in a modern digital market, enhancing the position of global universities and contributing to their presence in the field of comprehensive digitization.
