The University of Basra's Psychological Counseling Center organized an online seminar in cooperation with the Universities of Samarra and Tal Afar on the importance of university psychological counseling for dormitory students. The seminar aimed to develop a comprehensive awareness program that contributes to creating a healthy and psychologically supportive environment that alleviates the stresses faced by dormitory students.
The symposium included several topics that focused on the role of the social researcher, male and female residential supervisors, the rules of verbal and physical communication, containing crises and psychological trauma, correcting negative moral concepts and ideas, listening and analysis skills, and positive disciplinary sanctions.
