university of Basrah Organizes an Introductory Workshop on the Automation and SIS System in Support of Digital Transformation
The College of Veterinary Medicine at the University of Basrah organized an introductory workshop for students on the Automation and Student Information System (SIS), as part of the university’s efforts towards digital transformation and the development of electronic services.
The workshop, delivered by the Dean of the College, Prof. Dr. Jalal Yassin Mustafa, and the Head of the Student Affairs Division, Dr. Azal Nasser Badr, included a detailed explanation of the system’s usage and the services it provides to students, staff, and faculty members. The session highlighted how the system contributes to simplifying administrative and academic procedures, saving time and effort, in addition to outlining the registration steps and system access.
The workshop concluded with an emphasis on the importance of students completing their registration procedures and actively using the system, as it represents a qualitative leap in supporting the educational process and enhancing communication between students and their academic institutions.
