UNIVERSITY OF BASRAH CELEBRATES IRAQI NATIONAL DAY
The College of Administration and Economics - Educational Guidance and Psychological Counseling Unit, in cooperation with the Center for Development and Continuing Education at the University of Basrah, organized an educational and guidance seminar to celebrate Iraqi National Day.
The seminar aimed to instill the values of belonging and national identity in students' souls, and to raise awareness among university students of the importance of their role in building a stable and developed nation.
The seminar, presented by Assist. L. Israa Khairi Abd, Assist. L. Asia Ali Hadi, and Assist. L. Abdullah Mohammed Radhi, discussed the importance of Iraqi National Day as a symbol of unity and belonging, and an embodiment of the values of good citizenship and social responsibility. It also addressed the role of academic institutions in strengthening students' national identity and developing a spirit of teamwork and initiative.
The seminar recommended the continued organization of awareness-raising activities and workshops with a national and educational focus, and the need to engage students in practical programs and volunteer initiatives that foster a sense of citizenship and belonging.
