1. Outstanding Patent and Intellectual Property Award
2. Outstanding Scientific Journal Award
This great national achievement is the fruit of the continuous efforts and dedicated academic and research contributions of university staff in the pursuit of advancing science and knowledge. It embodies the University of Basra's leading position among higher education institutions in Iraq.
We also inform our students and staff that the university will also have a share in two additional awards, which will be announced during the Higher Education Conference scheduled to be held in Baghdad on October 11, 2025.
