The Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research announces the reopening of the application window for the admission form for students from graduates of the previous year 2023/2024 for the general channels and the families of martyrs according to the minimum limits and vacant seats for the first batch until the end of the official working day on Thursday, 10/16/2025.
The Ministry clarifies that submission to the channel is through the studies, planning and follow-up portal (https://dirasat.mohesr.gov.iq), while activation of the exam number for students with martyrs’ families is exclusively through the Martyrs Foundation.
