The challenges resulting from the staff shortage and its impact on employee performance were also highlighted.
At the conclusion of the visit, the Assistant President praised the efforts made by the college's deanship and all its staff, stressing the importance of addressing the staff shortage to ensure a successful start to the new academic year.
