The Department of Internal Affairs Receives a Delegation from the College of Oil and Gas Engineering.
The Department of Internal Affairs at the University of Basra received a delegation from the College of Oil and Gas Engineering. The visit aimed to enhance administrative and student communication, monitor the living conditions of students living in residential complexes, and review the services provided to them.
During the meeting, the most prominent services provided by the internal departments to students were reviewed, as were development plans aimed at enhancing comfort and safety within the residential complexes. A number of joint proposals were also discussed, which would enhance communication between the college and the department to serve students and overcome any obstacles they may face during their housing period.
For their part, members of the delegation from the College of Oil and Gas Engineering expressed their thanks and gratitude for the warm welcome, praising the significant efforts made by the internal departments administration in organizing student affairs and maintaining a clean and safe residential environment.
At the conclusion of the visit, both sides emphasized the importance of continued cooperation and coordination between the colleges and internal departments, which would contribute to improving the level of university services.
