As part of the activities of the Continuing Education Division, and in cooperation with the Quality Assurance Division and the Educational Guidance Unit, the College of Physical Education and Sports Sciences at the University of Basra organized a scientific workshop this morning, Wednesday, October 22, 2025, entitled:
"Controls and Instructions for Performance Evaluation Forms for the Academic Year 2024–2025."
This workshop was held under the patronage of the President of the University of Basra, Professor Dr. Muhannad Jawad Kadhim, and under the supervision of the Dean of the College of Physical Education and Sports Sciences, Professor Dr. Haider Awfi Ahmed.
The workshop was presented by Professor Dr. Haider Abdul Razzaq Kadhim, who addressed the most important instructions and controls for performance evaluation for faculty and staff, highlighting the importance of adhering to academic quality standards and accurately and systematically updating annual data.
The workshop was attended by the Dean of the College, Professor Dr. Haider Awfi Ahmed, accompanied by the Administrative Assistant, Professor Dr. Abdul Ali Jaafar, along with a number of faculty members and staff who demonstrated outstanding interaction through their contributions and questions, which enriched the discussion.
At the conclusion of the workshop, the Dean expressed his thanks and appreciation to those in charge of organizing this scientific activity, emphasizing that such workshops contribute to raising the efficiency of administrative and academic performance and enhancing the culture of quality within the College and the University of Basra in general.
