Launch of the Electronic Objection Form and Continuation Until Next Monday

The Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research announces the launch of the electronic form for receiving objections that include some categories of students in the Central Admission for the academic year 2025/2026 for the General, Distinguished, and Martyrs' Families channels.

The Department of Studies, Planning, and Follow-up specified those eligible to apply through the electronic form, who are: students who did not apply to the central admission form, students who were not offered admission, students with average scores of (75% and above) whose admission was for Institutes, and students born in (1995) and upwards who obtained an average score of (90% and above) but did not apply for central admission.

The Studies Portal (https://dirasat.mohesr.gov.iq) will continue to receive objections until next Monday, November 3, 2025. Students are allowed to apply for ten choices according to the minimum admission thresholds for the Central Admission.
