A PhD dissertation at the University of Basra explores the use of Strategic Options Analysis
A doctoral dissertation at the College of Administration and Economics in Basra explored the use of the Strategic Options Analysis (SODA) method to navigate the "valley of death" through the mediating role of knowledge reuse.
The dissertation, submitted by student Karrar Ghazi Zaidan, aimed to utilize entertainment and successful approaches to applying SODA in strategic options analysis and knowledge reuse. Consequently, the proposed solutions are diverse (quantitative and qualitative) and include: cockpit construction phases, linear relationships using PLS-SEM, and nonlinear relationships using ANN.
The dissertation recommends designing solutions in the tourism sector and sharing knowledge management with advanced options, always prioritizing capacity sustainability.
