The College of Education for Humanities at the University of Basra achieved a distinguished accomplishment by receiving an "Excellent" rating in the annual evaluation of the scientific and academic standing of public universities for the 2024-2025 academic year. This evaluation was conducted by specialized committees affiliated with the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research.
Dr. Wissam Jumaa Lafteh, Dean of the College, received a letter of thanks and appreciation from Dr. Salah Hadi Saleh, Head of the Scientific Supervision and Evaluation Department at the Ministry, in recognition of the Dean's outstanding efforts and his active role in raising the scientific and academic standards within the College.
This recognition is a result of the significant efforts exerted by the Dean and faculty members, and their continuous pursuit of excellence in the educational process and achieving the highest quality standards
