His Excellency the Minister’s approval was obtained on 01/28/2021 to authorize university councils to reduce the minimum levels by one degree for processing cases for students applying for evening study for the 2020/2021 academic year for the purpose of competition in the event that the study plan for evening study at public universities is not completed, and the names and rates of those admitted are approved from Before the University Council.
