The Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research announces the launch of the electronic application form for the Private Government University Education Channel (Al-Muwazi/Parallel Education) in governmental universities for graduates of the Third Round (Third Sitting) for the Academic Year 2025/2026.
The Ministry clarifies the following:
1. Eligibility: Application to this channel is exclusively for students who graduated in the Third Round of the 2024/2025 Academic Year.
2. Cancellation of Previous Admission: A student’s previous admission (Central, Direct, Evening, or Private) will be canceled should they commence studies under the Al-Muwazi (Parallel Education) channel.
Applications will continue through the Studies Department portal:

The deadline for application is Wednesday, December 3, 2025.
