The Center for Development and Continuing Education at the University of Basra conducted an exam for assistant deans of colleges as part of the Ministry's program for the fourth axis, which focuses on e-governance and data and information security.
The exam aims to assess the digital and administrative competence of the participants and enhance their ability to implement the requirements of digital transformation within the colleges.
The Center's Director, Dr. Mustafa Abdul-Ridha Kadhim, confirmed that this exam is part of the Ministry's plan to improve the readiness of university and administrative leaders and develop their skills. He explained that the Center continues to implement Ministry programs that support administrative modernization and the transition to a fully integrated electronic environment.
