Basra University organizes a seminar on the conformity report and improvement plan in national institutions

Under the auspices of the president of the University of Basra, Prof. Dr. Mohannad Jawad al – Asadi, and under the supervision of the dean of the Faculty of Fine Arts, Prof. Dr. Nasser Samari Jafar, the Faculty of Fine Arts-continuing education unit, organized a scientific seminar entitled "conformity report and improvement plan in the national institution: preparation and achievement".
The seminar aims to highlight the importance of quality in national institutions as a key pillar to improve the level of institutional performance and ensure the provision of services that meet the needs of beneficiaries according to approved standards.
The seminar was presented by Prof. Dr. Seifeddine Abdel Wadud, assistant teacher Saba Jawad Nima, and assistant teacher Doaa Ali Malik, where they discussed the most prominent quality tools adopted in modern institutions, foremost of which are conformity reports and improvement plans. During the seminar, it was explained how to use these tools to analyze the institutional reality, identify gaps, and develop ways to improve performance and improve the level of services.
The seminar concluded with a discussion session that witnessed a series of interventions and inquiries from the attendees, in order to enhance the culture of quality and contribute to supporting its principles within the University and national institutions.
