The vaccine was developed using a combination of genetic engineering and immunology techniques.

The study included the effect of the vaccine on fish health and the immune activity of dendritic cells, monitoring immune indicators such as interleukin 6 and 10 and immunoglobulin to ensure immune response balance and vaccine efficacy.
The study concluded that the bacterial vaccine has an effective protective effect in stimulating the innate and adaptive immunity of fish, and that its effectiveness is influenced by the dosage regimen used.
The study recommended expanding the scope of applied studies to verify the efficacy of the inactivated A. hydrophila vaccine under field conditions.
