The College of Nursing organizes a workshop on Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)

The College of Nursing at Basrah University organized a workshop on personal protective equipment (PPE).
  The workshop was attended by assistant lecturer (Khadija Muhammad Jassim). 
  The workshop included the most basic methods of using personal protective equipment (PPE), which are the preventive barriers used by health care workers to protect the mucous membranes, airways, skin, and clothing from contact with harmful or infectious agents, and to prevent communicable diseases and personal protective equipment (PPE) must be used.  To protect health care workers from catching COVID-19.  Until immunization, chemical protection, vector control and treatment are provided.

 The workshop aimed at urging students to use and wear appropriate personal protective equipment, which included (durable gloves and muzzle, eye protection, face shield and protective glasses) and a long-sleeved medical gown and closed shoes, to maintain personal safety and prevent transmissible diseases.
