
The College of Dentistry at the University of Basra welcomed Zahoor Al-Hayat Private School for Girls as part of its scientific visits program, which aims to strengthen ties between school and university education.
The visit included a detailed presentation by several faculty members about the nature of studies at the College of Dentistry, highlighting the advanced laboratories and modern technologies used in student training.
The students also learned about the equipment used in diagnosing and treating oral diseases, the operational procedures of the teaching clinics, and observed training models and simulations of patient interaction.
This visit reflects the college's commitment to supporting students at all academic levels and enabling them to explore medical specialties, particularly those related to oral and dental health. This exposure enhances their knowledge and broadens their scientific horizons through direct experience of the university learning environment and its specialized laboratories.
