Secretariat of Central Library in the University of Basrah holds its annual meeting to sub-Libraries secretaries at colleges and research Centres. The meeting dealt with a number of important themes that effect the reality of the work of the sub-libraries, obstacles which face work and put suit solutions, contributing to the development of the institutional performance of libraries. The central Librarians Dr Ahmed Razaq Al- fartoosy confirmed that the university cares to raise the reality of libraries to provide the best scientific services to students and researchers.
