The College of Science at the University of Basrah organized a seminar entitled (Sustainable Biopolymer Coatings Against Catheter Infections) by the graduate student Siham Essa Jasim The study aims identify alternative solutions to reduce the overuse of antibiotics and included the application of biopolymers as antimicrobial coatings for urinary catheter.
