As part of efforts to enhance institutional monitoring and evaluation mechanisms, the Polymer Research Center at the University of Basra received Dr. Ammar S. D, Head of the Performance Evaluation Division, to review the center's research and administrative operations.The visit included an evaluation of scientific research performance.During the visit, key scientific activities, approved research programs, and performance documentation mechanisms according to established standards were reviewed.Dr. Dawood commended the efforts of the center's administration and researchers, emphasizing the importance of adhering to quality standards and continuous improvement to advance scientific research.The center's administration expressed its commitment to cooperating with the Performance Evaluation Division and implementing its observations and recommendations to serve the institution's scientific objectives.At the conclusion of the visit, both parties affirmed their continued collaboration to support scientific research and achieve the required performance indicators.
