The Central Committee from the Quality Assurance and University Performance Department visited the College of Marine Sciences to monitor quality and evaluate performance. They were received by Assistant Professor Dr. Osama Qasim Khalifa, Dean of the College; Professor Dr. Nawras Abdul Ghani Abdul Zahra, Scientific Assistant; Dr. Imad Jassim Al-Shawi, Head of the Quality Division; and liaison officers from the Quality Division, Dr. Najid Faisal Sharif and Assistant Lecturer Safa Hussein Saki.
The committee was represented by Professor Dr. Ammar Salman Dawood and Assistant Professor Dr. Rahim Khazal Masawil. The visit aimed to review the performance evaluation files of faculty and staff members and to examine the operational mechanisms in place, all within the framework of strengthening institutional quality standards.
The College of Marine Sciences appreciates the professional efforts of the committee and the valuable feedback provided, which contributed to improving performance mechanisms and enhancing the quality of work.
