Dr. Alaa Abdul-Imam, a faculty member at the College of Education for Humanities at the University of Basra, participated in the work of the ministerial committee tasked with translating the Encyclopedia of the Ahlul-Bayt (peace be upon them) by Sheikh Baqir Sharif al-Qurashi into English. The meeting was held at the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research in Baghdad.
The translation of this work aims to disseminate the teachings of the Ahlul-Bayt (peace be upon them) and introduce their lives and humanitarian thought, as well as to enhance the presence of Islamic scholarly output in international academic and cultural forums.
This participation by the college's faculty members is part of the Ministry's efforts to serve scientific and cultural projects with national and religious dimensions, and to make scientific and cultural content accessible to a wider audience of readers and researchers
