In the presence of a number of professors, staff, and students of the College of Nursing at the University of Basra, a memorial service was held this morning for the late Hajja Najah Thahir Dhajar, an employee in the Human Resources Department, who passed away after many years of dedicated service to the college.
The Dean of the College, Assistant Professor Dr. Majid Asghar Muhammad Al-Nawab, delivered a speech expressing his deep sorrow at the loss of a devoted individual who left a positive impact on her colleagues. He emphasized that the deceased was a model of dedication and commitment.
The Dean's assistants for administrative and academic affairs, along with a number of the deceased's colleagues, also delivered heartfelt eulogies, recalling milestones in her professional career and her noble human relationships, in moments filled with sadness and genuine emotion.
Hajja Najah has passed away, but her memory will remain alive in the college's memory and in the hearts of all who knew her. To God we belong and to Him we shall return.
