The Director of the Cultural Center at the University of Basrah Visits the Chaldean Diocese of Basrah and the South to Extend Holiday Greetings
Professor Dr. Nizar Abdul Mohsen Jafar, Director of the Cultural Center at the University of Basrah, accompanied by a delegation from the center, visited the Chaldean Diocese of Basrah and the South, where he met with His Excellency Bishop Habib Hormuz to extend congratulations and blessings on the occasion of the joyous holidays.
The visit aimed to strengthen bonds of love and peaceful coexistence, as well as to consolidate the values of mutual respect and cultural and social communication among the different components of society, contributing to supporting the spirit of brotherhood and national unity.
The visit included exchanging greetings on this occasion and emphasizing the importance of joint cooperation between academic and religious institutions in spreading a culture of peace and tolerance, as well as enhancing the university's role in engaging with society and serving its humanitarian and cultural causes.
