The Department of History at the College of Education for Humanities, University of Basra, has published a specialized academic journal on history to encourage students to engage in research and scholarly writing.
The journal aims to highlight students' research and intellectual abilities, foster teamwork among them, and raise awareness of the importance of historical research.
The journal, edited by a number of students from the department, includes a variety of historical topics covering significant periods in history, along with scholarly studies and articles that contribute to broadening readers' historical knowledge
