A master's thesis / at the faculty of science at the University of Basraha (Physiological study of Ameliorative Effect of Zinc on Toxicity Induced by Aluminum Chloride in Male Experimental Rats), and showed the researcher's thesis (Najwa Hashem Abdul-Aziz). Thesis aims identify the physiological and histological changes resulting from the administration of different doses of aluminum chloride and to reveal the role of zinc as a clear preventive and therapeutic agent for restoring normal function. The study also aims to identify the toxic effects of different doses of aluminum chloride (20, 40, and 100 mg/kg) on certain physiological parameters, to investigate the enhancing effect of zinc chloride at a dose of 50 mg/kg, and to identify some pathological histological changes in the liver and kidneys of male experimental mice treated with aluminum chloride and zinc chloride. The study concludes that exposure to high doses of aluminum chloride causes significant toxicity and damage to liver and kidney tissue and blood parameters. It recommends further studies on the effects of aluminum toxicity on certain organs, such as the testes, to investigate its impact on reproductive function, the use of other doses of aluminum chloride, and molecular and genetic studies related to genes associated with aluminum toxicity.
