We respectfully request that Your Excellency reconsider the decision to withhold allowances related to university service, given the direct repercussions this decision has on a wide segment of administrative, technical, and support staff in our university and other Iraqi universities.
This segment represents a fundamental pillar in supporting the educational and administrative processes and contributes effectively to the stability and continuity of academic institutions through their dedicated efforts and tireless work in serving both students and universities.
Continuing with this decision will place an undue burden on these national talents, who rely on these allowances to meet their daily needs, which could negatively impact performance levels and job security within universities.
Reconsidering this matter would reflect the state's concern for and commitment to the support staff of the educational process and underscore its belief in the importance of providing a stable and motivating work environment that contributes to improving the quality of higher education and enhancing the efficiency of its institutions in Iraq. We respectfully request that your esteemed government carefully consider this request and take whatever measures you deem appropriate to serve the best interests of the institution and the public good, while supporting the educational process and preserving the dignity of its employees.
