The Date Palm Research Center held an honoring ceremony on the occasion of the retirement of Dr. Abdulrahman Dawood Saleh, under the patronage of the Center’s Director, Dr. Khairallah Mousa Awad, and in the presence of a number of the Center’s staff members.
The ceremony included the presentation of a certificate of appreciation and a commemorative shield to Dr. Abdulrahman Dawood Saleh in recognition of his scientific efforts and distinguished contributions in serving the University of Basrah and the Date Palm Research Center throughout his years of service.
In his speech, the Center’s Director praised the dedication and contributions of Dr. Abdulrahman Dawood Saleh, which supported the Center’s activities and enhanced its research work, emphasizing that this recognition reflects gratitude for his sincerity and commitment in performing his duties.
For his part, Dr. Abdulrahman Dawood Saleh expressed his appreciation to the Center’s administration and his colleagues, commending the spirit of cooperation and teamwork, and wishing continued progress and success to the University of Basrah and the Date Palm Research Center.
