The College of Arts / Student Activities Division organized the Open Table Tennis Championship of the Dean of the College of Arts for faculty members and students on Thursday, 7/5/2026, in the Department of English, with the participation of a number of lecturers from the scientific departments and students of the college.
The results of the faculty competition concluded with Assistant Dean for Scientific Affairs, Professor Dr. Haider Abdulredha, winning first place, while Professor Dr. Ramadan Muhalhil Sadhkhan from the Department of English secured second place.
In the student competition, student Anwar Abdullah from the Department of Philosophy won first place, while student Mahmoud Basim from the Department of English came second.
At the conclusion of the championship, all participating faculty members and students were honored. The Student Activities Division also presented the Student Activities Shield to the Dean of the College of Arts in appreciation of his continuous support for student activities in the college, in the presence of a gathering of faculty members, staff, and students.
